The procedure

1. Remember that you need to have ISIS (Internet Shopping Is Safe) accreditation before you can complete your IDIS Gold application.

2. Complete a simple four-screen tick-the-box questionnaire, relating to the four stages of online ordering and delivery.

3. If your performance meets the required standards, we will tell you and you can complete your application online.

4. At that stage you will be asked to enter brief company details so that we can confirm your ISIS accreditation and process your application.

Please note that in addition to the annual ISIS accreditation fee there is a fee for the Gold Standard of £125 per annum. The first fee will be adjusted pro rata to coincide with your ISIS renewal date. This fee is waived for full IMRG members.

5. If you do not meet the required standard, we will tell you why, and you can view best practice advice on the issues in question, as well as consulting lists of solutions and suppliers who may be able to help you improve your performance.
