IDIS Gold Standard
Welcome to IDIS Gold
The IDIS Gold standard is designed to enable e-retailers to offer their customers the probability of 100% first-time delivery success and indicate that they offer exceptionally high standards of order fulfilment and home delivery.
IDIS Gold certified retailers are required to meet all the standards of the existing IDIS (Internet Delivery Is Safe) Charter, and must additionally conform to a more stringent set of standards that apply throughout process of web browsing, ordering, fulfilment and returns.
A retailer displaying the IDIS Gold logo indicates that it can offer the probability of 100% first-time delivery success for every type of product it sells and for every delivery scenario – providing the customer selects the most appropriate delivery service option for that product.
Should the customer choose an alternative delivery service option, then the normal IDIS Charter minimum standards still apply.

This site contains full details of the requirements for IDIS Gold accreditation, plus an Online Assessment Calculator. This gives retailers the chance to rate their delivery performance, and proceed with their application for certification online if they meet the required standards.
