IDIS Gold Standard
Terms and conditions – solutions directory
Suppliers are invited to apply to register themselves and maintain their entries via an online link to the IDIS Gold Standard Solutions Directory, which will hold the key elements of the solution or company capability and relevant contact details and provide a link through to the supplier's own website.
Solutions are cross-referenced with the relevant delivery stages and best practice, and suppliers must select the delivery stage and best practice statements against which they wish to be listed. This is intended to provide e-retailers with direction.
A supplier will confirm by virtue of its application that all statements and claims associated with its products services and solutions are accurate and current. IMRG accepts no responsibility or liability for exaggerated or misleading statements made by third-party suppliers.
In line with its policy of self-accreditation, IMRG will retain the right to de-list a solution or supplier should that solution or supplier prove, through consumer and e-retailer experience, to be overstated and not adequately able to deliver the service described. This will be assessed by IMRG following the receipt of any complaints from consumers or e-retailers.
A supplier must review and update its entries at least every six months in order to make sure that the Solutions Guide remains current and accurate. If an entry is not updated for twelve months the entry will automatically be de-listed.
A listed supplier will be invited to display an "IDIS Gold Listed Supplier" icon on its website and marketing collateral demonstrating that it supports the achievement of the IDIS Gold Standard. Permission to use this icon will be withdrawn should IMRG exercise its right to de-list any supplier.
Should a supplier opt to display a company logo or extra information over and above those items that are presented free of charge in the Solutions Directory, the extra items will be charged for according to the price list displayed on the IDIS Gold Standard supplier submission page of this website. The published prices cover one year's display of the extra information. Full IMRG members are exempt from these charges.
When a supplier opts to display extra material as indicated above, the arrangement is managed on behalf of IMRG by Fulfilment Guide (Spice Court Publications Ltd), and is subject to that company's terms of trading. Click here to visit the Fulfilment Guide website.
